Hi,
I'm new to Nortel in general(as in, we fired the call center manager on friday at 4:30pm), and I have a question about the times listed in the BCM50 CallPilot greeting table.
I'm wondering if I'm understanding this table correctly. For example, if I set the Non-Business hour time to 12:00AM with Greeting table 1, CCR tree 1, and then set the Morning to 3:00AM Greeting 2, CCR tree 2, does this mean that during 12:00AM-3:00AM the system will use CCR tree 1, and then switch to CCR tree 2 at 3:00AM?
