Difference in Execiution Windows 2000 and Windows 2003

Hi ,

We had developed a program long back and was working properly.
Recently, this started throwing up errors with access violation ntdll etc and this error logs a COM+ error in the eventviewer.
The Com error doesnt say which application DLL caused this.
Debugging did not show up anything. Also, the errors are random and intermittent.
Further investigation showed that the errors are only in Windows 2000 and not in Windows 2003.

Can anyone please advise us what can be done next.

Migrate to Windows 2008 R2 or newer, as all older Windows Server versions are in End-Of-Life state.
