Difference between VGA Card

I can by Sapphire Radeon X1600 Pro, 512Mb, PCI-E, DVI, TV Out for 182$ and PNY VCQFX500-PB 128?b nVIDIA Quadro FX 500 DVI/VGA, 128 bit, AGP 8X for 343$ what is the main difference between those two cards?

Well Nvidia Quadro graphics cards are primarily designed for work stations, to carry out professional C.A.D design work, for example.
The X1600Pro on the other hand is a middle of the road gaming card for a desktop.
