Difference Between V Studio.Net and .Net FrameWork

Hi,

Been on Microsoft Site to know the difference as was planning to download the software. However, couldn't make up my mind which to download.

What I want is to get hands on
VB.net, ASP.net, C#, ADO.net and Web tech.

Thus want to know whether Studio.net beta 1 will serve my purpose of .net framework.

Waiting for the answer
