I need to calculate the difference between two dates and show the result in Days, hrs, mins, and sec. I have converted to seconds, and can calc number of days, but not sure how to subtract the remainder to calc hrs, then mins, and have final sec. The display has to be
"Total DD Day(s) HH Hour(s) MM Min(s) SS Sec(s)" this is for the detail report.

Then they want the average response time for the group calc.

You should calculate the average using the seconds, and then use faq767-3543 to convert to a string in the desired format at the group level. This formula can also be applied to display the results at the detail level.
