Difference between TSE 4.1 SP1 and above

we have TSE 4.1 SP1 with many DRG22 in different locations(different subnets) when the system upgraded to TSE 4.1 SP2,SP3,SP4 the DRG cannot registered to the server any more(When using SIP FW)and any SIP phone cannot be registered to the server while all H323 IP phones working fine .what happens between SP1 and the newes SPs.

please advice
