Hi,
we have a HP Laserjet 2100n installed on the Nt server as a network printer, when pages are printed they default to A4 paper. However I tried setting up the printer using a standard TCP/IP printer and now whenever a page prints it defaults to Letter, I have changed all the settings i can think of in the properties but with no success.

Any help would be appreciated

Regards

Paul

when you have a printer setup in TCP/IP you can type in the address of that printer into your internet explorer and navigate to its configuration page.

I'm not sure about your model but I'd guess the default settings can be found there.
