Difference between Object library and object group 1

I worked with Object Groups. I don't know anything about Object library. Can anyone tell me what object library is and what is the difference between object group and object library.

Object library is a module containing reusable objects. You may inherit objects stored either in form module or in object library.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I have installed forms 6i in my system by downloading it from the oracle site. I have created an object library. But I am not able to drag the object(example a push button) from the object navigator to the object library. Can you please tell me, how to do that.? Can we also make an object as a smart class without placing it in object library? If so, when I click an object, say push button and right click the mouse for viewing the pop up menu, the smart class menu and smart trigger menu are disabled. Can you please tell me how to enable that?

Open that library by double clicking it and drag object to an appropriate tab.
