Difference between No-Touch Deployment and Click-Once Deployment

I've been looking into placing an vb.net exe file onto a server for my client to either run or download. In researching this I've noticed that vb.net 2005 has a new technology called Click-Once deployment.
Can anyone explain to me the difference between No-Touch deployment, which is in VB.net 2003 and Click-Once Deployment, which I assume is only found in VB.net 2005? All the documentation I've seen doesn't differentiate the two enough for me.
