Well, legally, Veritas only allow 8 clients with Business Server 4.5 so you should already be using DataCetner.
But if you are still under maintaince with Veritas for Business Server, I would suggest you get the FREE upgrade to NetBackup SERVER 5.1. This is the replacement to Business Server and allows unlimited clients.
