Difference between Informix Workgroup & Dynamic server

Dear All,

Can any one tell me the difference between Informix workgroup & dynamic server 9.21. I could gather some info; more or less the features are the same. Need your inputs -whether i can have a test env. on workgroup & a live env. on dynamic server. Will there be any problem.
