IFRAME only works in MSIE, ILAYER works only in Netscape

iFrames work in IE4+ and NS6 and NS6.2 (the only NS browsers)...while iLayers work only in NS4 and NS4.72...
iFrames support some of the most popular attributes like height, width, crop...iFrames also allow scroll bars if the content inside is too long or too wide for the defined iFrame...but iLayers do not, they crop the info (resulting in cutting out the info.)...
iFrames are more popular and more accpeted... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
