Difference Between FormClose and Formdestroy

What is the difference between these 2 events? I have to write a command to free some memory stream and I want to know if I should write the syntax in both events or only in one?
If i click on the x to close the program, or use the file-->exit menu, are both events called?

do not use formclose, formdestroy is always called.
