Difference between 2 times

Hi

I have 2 date fields start date and end date and i would like to get the time difference in HH:MM:SS so that i can store the data in a view for reporting, This would also need to handle going over the the next day so starting at 2300 and finishing at 0400

Then Convert with a 108
