differance between follow-me & diversion

Follow-me is a user initiated feature. A user would dial *21*1234# to initiate follow-me to ext 1234. (*21* is the Feature code (FC) for the Standard AS. This can vary in other AS).
Diversion is an administrator initiated feature, with the command CDINI
IR=4567,DIV=1234; This will cause extension 4567 to divert to 1234 on Busy on No-answer after the timings specified by SYDTP; The user can cancel/(re-init) diversion on busy/No-answer by using *212# /*212# (#212#/ #211#). The user can also immediately divert his extenstion using *21#.

Eg.My ext is 555 and iam doing a follow me to 556. From 556 I can cancel the follow me of 555 and do a folloe me to 557. like this u can follow ur extn to any exten without going to ur extn where u started the follow me first.
