DIDs busied out

There is a T-1 that is being used as 24 DID trunks.
The client has not been using 9 of these channels and they are busied out.
I am looking to release these channels.
I tried to busy out and restore these ports, but they remain busy.
I can't place these DID trunks in block 1 because they are busied out.

The local company has not released the DID trunks on their end, might this be the issue?

 
Print your TRUNK INFO and post it here.

We may be able to gleen some insite as to what could be wrong.
 
Trunks can be busied out at the Telco end. Open a trouble ticket with your service provider to make sure all the trunks are inservice -normal. If everything is good on the MAGIX end, have the tester check for WINK to make sure they are signalling properly, and/or place test calls on each one.

Sometimes the CO switch will take trunks out-of-service because of irratic or intermittent WINKs when certain thresholds are reached.
