Didn't use SmartStart - help pls

we recently installed a Compaq ML370 with windows 2000 server.

but we didn't use smartstart. now we want to use our DLT drive but the drivers for the internal SCSI controller are not loaded. in order to use the dlt we will have to install the drivers for the controller?

can you use the softpaqs for this?

I would go to the HP website and download the latest version of SmartStart, burn that to CD and then run the SSD and it will update all drivers and install those that are needed.
