I have a customer with a PRI (4-digits, esf, b8zs) that is having an issue with incoming calls to the main number showing DID#? versus giving the caller id information. All the DID's work, it is just the main number. The provider is telling me they are sending 4-digits for the main number as well as the DID's. Any suggestions or does it sound like the provider is sending a different dnis than 4-digits?

If the extension number of the console is not the same as the digits they are sending for the main number it is folling the invalid destination setting of sending the call to the operator. Check what the telco is sending and if anything in the system is set with the same extention number as what they are sending.

They claim to be sending 5222. there is nothing in the system with that numbering. I have the pri table looking for 5222, striping the digits and adding 211 (the console). I have a feeling they are not really sending 5222.
