We have been asked to set up DID on a Magix system. The system is equipted with a 100D and a DID card. Originally the 100D was for a pt-pt tie. Can the 100d be configured to accept DID w/o the need for the DID card?

Yes, but it will take a bit of programming, and you may want to look into the cost from your service provider.

We are also the service provider. My techs were confused because it looked like a cable was required to connect the PRI to the DID card. Is it just a matter of suppling the PRI and configing the Magix?

Yes, the D-I-D card would then be totally out of the picture.
