Here is one that I am not sure why is happening.

Customer has DID's in the 9xx range that will not go to voicemail if their phone is in DND. The customer has a wide range of DID's 1xx through 9xx. All the Target lines are build with the received digits, forward on busy to the voicemail DN, and each phone has it's own target line with 2 ringing only appearances.
Target line 255 with received digits of 910 if busy to voicemail DN. x910 has TL 255 assigned to it with 2 ringing appearances. A call comes into the DN910 on its DID and if party does not answer it goes to their voicemail box fine after the 4 rings. Now if they put their Phone in DND the incoming call goes to the general delivery mailbox not their personal mailbox.
Our customer is only having this problem with folks that are in the DID/DN range of 9xx. All other DID's/DN's work fine if they put their phones in DND it goes to personal voicemail box.
