I have answered this question before but here you go.
BCM
Step 1
Set up target line with the public received number.On the the trunk/line data option under target line set the prime dn as the voice mail (feature 985 from any display phone). On the parameter if busy set this as go to prime.
Call pilot
Step 2
Log on to the call pilot
Go to the manage mailboxes tab. Select the mailbox you want the calls to go straight to.At the bottom of the mailbox options you will see an express messaging option. Put the target line number that you set up on the BCM in this window.
The system will then send the call straight to the voice mailbox.
