Customer has BCM400 with 3.5 They have several sales people that do not work in the office. I am trying to get their DID to go to voicemail. I have biult a target line assigned that line to a un-used DN set the call forward to voicemail DN, assigned the Target line in the express message line in the voicemail box.
It just rings and rings.
I have no phone attached to this un-used DN. I know I am missing something somewhere any thoughts.
