How can I get the DID from a T1 to follow the night service button?
The digits sent are 899, I want them to go to ext 143(operator) in the day mode, and calling group 7929 (VM) at night

Point 889 to 143 and make 143's mailbox a Autoattendant. Set the group coverage delay to the amount of rings you want. Assign in Night service, group assign, attendant 143 and group 7929. This should make it follow night service when you press the night button.

Thanks for your reply, but it gets more complicated. The system has 3 DLC's that are in a calling group(780). Ext 143 is logged in to the group most of the time, but if she goes to lunch, she can log out and have one of the other DLC's log in. 12 CO lines are assigned to the calling group(780). There are also 12 channels of two way coming in on a T1. The only digits sent on incoming are 899. These are unassigned. If I send unassigned to group 780, it works great in the day, but in night mode it rings to an open. If I send them to VM(7929) they go to the AA all the time. If I send them to Ext 143, They follow the night service button, but in the daytime, they go to Ext. 143's personal MB. How can I get them to go to the Group 780 in the day, and Group 7929 at night?

Make Ext 143 route to an AutoAttendant.
Delete MB 143, and add it back using option 3 in Merlin Messaging (not option 1, a mailbox), and assign your autoattendant to it (1-4).

since they are comming across as unasignrd DID on your display should read Cvr #? you will need to renumber station 143 to 899 so that it will follow to night service mail cvr. since 899 is a pool you will have to renumber that also to something else, it will be alot easier if you get the lec to change your dnis of 899 to 143

I'm really trying to keep the numbering the same, and keep a personal MB for X143, but that may not be possible
Thanks
