DID thru SCN

Hello:

Both IPOs V2 have current software.

Main number for both sites comes into hunt group with 3-4 members.

Site A wants to forward her DID call to Site B, and vice versa. She travels back and forth, so she is responsible for answering calls at both locations, depending on where she is at.

I tried the out of service feature for Site A, and setup a hunt group on site A with members on site B, but that did not work.

Any ideas?

Do you have an SCN running between the sites? HotDesk her telephone.
 
yep, one major feature of an SCN is the ability to log your extension in at any location and have your calls follow you to that phone.

Thanks. Yes we have a SCN. The Receptionist to control a hunt group to either forward it or put it out of service.
I can try the login/logout too
 
Having a problem ringing a member of a hunt group.

First 3 members are on the same side of the SCN as the group, fourth member is on the other side, but does not ring when the others do.
 
You nailed it. Thank you. Plus our SCN was not fully up on one side, other the codecs were incorrect.
