Will the voicemail be taking any messages and more importantly, will it need to set any message waiting lamps if it does take a message? ********************************************** What's most important is that you realise ... Jun 6, 2014 #6 kwbMitel Technical User Oct 11, 2005 11,504 CA For the record, if you have a minimum SW version of 5.0 It can be easier to simply create a regular phone but designate the license as trusted. This resolves the message lamp issue and keeps all of your routing to VM in a simple to find place.
