I've got a phone with 2 DID lines, one rings to BTN01 and one to BTN02. Both DIDs exist in CM11> as does the conversion block. I've set the DIDs from both the MOC and Station Assignment in MW however the second DID goes directly to VM Attendant. Also I've tried to delete the DID assignment in CM11, but can't. Any thoughts or help on either of these is appreciated!

Check Cmd E600 for the second DID. Sounds like there is a call forward all set.

What about an internal call to that station does it also forward to the attendent or is it just the DID that routes that way?

It's just the DID - a call from another attendant to the extension rings through as expected.

Maybe check 7600 for the DID.

Then check 7601 and 7602 for the number associated with the DID.

Example:

7600> xxxx: yyyy

xxxx = DID number
yyyy = number conversion block number
zzzz = extension

7601> yyyy:zzzz (this command is for DAY mode)
7602> yyyy:zzzz ( this command is for NIGHT mode)

Sometimes this gets overlooked.

Agree with Gary re the fact that you are unable to delete the extension.

There may be a number of factors at play here. Check DND and OGQ as suggested but also if it's not digit translation as per Gary's last post, it would be worth checking split call forwarding. Cmd E604 & E605.

Just out of interest what do you get when you try to "CCC" the DID (Virtual) in MOC mode Cmd 11

Thanks Gary and Ozzie, it turned out to be 7601/7602. When we removed and readded the extension in question, both conversion settings reverted to the VM pilot. This also addresses the issue of day/night mode which was also not working, but much less critical.

Again, you all have been a tremendous help!
