DID ringing on an 8X24

Hey!

I have analog DID's coming into an 8X24 and they are working well EXCEPT that all the DID's always ring at 221. No matter what the status of the station is, i.e., if the station is not engaged or is RNA the DID always rings at the station ad 221 simultaneously.

The next problem is that if I forward calls, from an individual station which has a DID numer pointed to it, 335 for example, using "feature" 4 then every incoming call goes to the voicemail box for the forwarded station.

What have I done wrong????

1 - Make the prime set for each target line the DN where you want the target line to ring.

2 - Have at least 2 intercoms assigned to each phone.

3 - Forward ring-no answer to the voicemail DN.

make sure DID/ trunks/lines are prime to none

If a phone is call forward to a phone with voicemail that is where the call will go. It does not go back to the original extensions voicemail.
