is there any way within an Option 11 to find what my DID range is? or do i have to compare to a bill from provider

that will only list unused Dn's and that includes soft numbers thanks for response tho.I will do the leg work lol looking for the short way out

The PBX only knows what you program, and half the time, the person programming it did not know the whole DID range from the start. There is no place in the PBX that you tell a number it is DID. In some areas of the world, they use Incoming Digit Conversion for all DIDs, but it is not as common in the USA. Even with IDC, that is not proof that a number is DID

I've been going through all ours sites and many of them have incorrect records even on the Telco Customer Service Record. We have had telco do a "switch dump" of the Central Office to correct their own records. We have a lot of sites and a lot are wrong. You can't trust any records any more.
