Our DN's do not corrolate with our DID range of phone numbers. Example x8145 is not XXX-8145. x8145 has a DID number 416-5092 programmed to it.

How do I get a report of what extension has what DID number programmed?

I've done
ld20
ludn
and this just gives the unused DN's not the used/unused DID numbers.

Any help?

go to ld 49 and print the idc tables

Id your DID range free in the PBX? If it is, you could put the DID on key 0 and move the non DID (8145)to key 1 for rollup purposes. Change the LHK to key 1, and that extension now has the ability to answer a second call if they are already on a call.

I'm not sure of what your saying, so could you please post a TNB of a phone that does and doesn't have a DID number on it.

mkrice2, if you co not have any CDR software, you won't be able to pull reports. You will have to do this on a one by one basis.

You can go to and download the MV.xls file.

Print a TNB.txt file from LD 20 and parse it into the MV.xls file. This will give you a spreadsheet of how all your phones are programmed.

However, you will need a list of DID's from your provider, and then compare that to your spreadsheet.

those are in 49 and you can look at the route, ld 21 prt rdb to see which table is active.. the idc prompt will be yes and one of the next two entries will have a * beside it
