I have a DID number coming in to Cisco CallManager 7.1. I need this number to go directly from the inbound PRI to a point to point PRI to a Nortel 81C. I need the Cisco to pass on the 4 digit DID to the 81C. I have tried several things to get this to work, but keep coming up with a busy signal after about 30 seconds. Anyone got any ideas on what the best method is to accomplish this?
