OK, maybe I forgot something. I have a customer with a standard T-1 (ESF, B8ZS, Wink Start, 4 digit DNIS). The problem is that I have the DTM Module programmed as a T1 type.

If I have the trunks programmed as Trunk type DID and Wink start. In that configuration I can get my calls in and the DNIS works and goes to the correct target line but I can't make calls, it says incoming only if on a direct button appearance or no lines available if trying to use the line pool code.

If I have them programmed as Trunk type E&M Wink start I can make calls fine but then incoming calls go to the Prime set.

Thank you

Try Trunk type E&M, and prime set to NONE on lines.
Good luck

and use routing for accessing the trunks.

Set the trunks as E&M wink, then change the trunks from manual answer to auto answer. That will allow the system to process the DNIS digits and route to the appropriate target lines.

Setting prime set to none if the system isn't processing the DNIS digits will give the caller a busy or reorder tone.

Routing or access code won't matter on E&M trunks. I'd use routing personally in that scenario.
