DID on two phones but directs to wrong VM box

We added a line to ring on an assistant's phone but now unanswered calls are flowing to the assistant's mailbox.

I am not sure which setting I missed but the calls do ring on both lines correctly.

This is old Norstar stuff. Call always follows the ring. If it rings at two stations with the same number of rings before Forwarding to voicemail it goes to the station with the lowest port number.

Easiest fix is to make the bosses phone go to voicemail after 4 rings and admin after 6.

You could also swap the ports and renumber and reprogram the DNs.
