DID numbers all ringing to same extension

Hello everyone. I have a MICS 4.1 with a t1 circuit for voice.
All of the DID numbers for this system are ringing to the same extension (221) no matter what I do.

I've set the primesets for the target lines to the correct extensions.

I've set the lines private to their correct extensions.

There is no forwarding on the sets.


Any ideas are much appreciated on this. This ones keeping us up all night.

Make sure your received digit length matches what the T1 provider is sending.

Have 221 answer the call then look at Info and View to see what line it is comming in on. It sounds like it is comming in on the T1 Lines (1-24) and not the Target lines.

Set the T1 trunks to auto answer, then the system answers the call, and follows the target line programming
