DID not working

Hey Guys,

I am just taking over this NEC NEAX 2000 IPS system for my boss, and I have a user whose DID is not working. When someone dials it, their phone rings, however the phone in question never rings. Its like nothing is happening. Can someone help me with this? Thanks for the help in advance.

1. Go to 7600>XXX/XXXX>YYY where X's = the recieved DID number.3 or 4 digit number.
2. Then go to CM 7601>YYY>Station it's ringing at where YYY = the bin number you found in step 1.
