DID not getting thru on BCM50 3.0 analog trunk

The problem is with our direct lines. When any outsider calls our direct lines, one of two things happens:

1) The call does not get through.

2) It takes 10-12 seconds for the call to connect. I have had several indications of this occurring.

any suggestions greatly appreciated. The local telco of course says everything is fine on their end!
 
Does it still happen if you remove the lines from the BCM and connect a butt set directly to the demark?
 
Are you using a (ADID) Modual?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
If your using analog DID's with a delay, do they all ring to the Prime Set? Did you program a Prime Set?
