Hi All, can someone help me with my problem? Actually, I have this program on SV9300
7601>001:7001 DID number 420-2001 Functional
7601>002:7002 DID number 420-2002 Functional
7601>003:7003 DID number 420-2003 Functional
7601>004:7004 DID number 420-2004 Functional
7601>005:7005 DID number 420-2005 Functional

7601>021:7101 DID number 420-2101 Functional
7601>022:7102 DID number 420-2102 Functional
7601>023:7103 DID number 420-2103 Functional
7601>024:7104 DID number 420-2104 Functional
7601>025:7105 DID number 420-2105 Functional
7601>026:7106 DID number 420-2106 Functional
7601>027:7107 DID number 420-2107 Functional
7601>028:7108 DID number 420-2108 Functional
7601>029:7109 DID number 420-2109 Functional
But after this program
7601>030:7110 DID number 420-2110 Not Functional
So on so forth...It was functional before.
I would like to ask if the problem is on the PABX System or from external source?
Note: 420-2000 Digital Trunk Functional
DID Nos. Range from 420-2001 to 420-2100

If it was working and nothing on the PBX was changed, then it may be the carrier. They may need to reset the range. You could also try resetting the system after you get a new backup.

I already tried resetting the PABX but still, those DID nos. not functional. Maybe the problem is on the carrier side and will try to contact them for technical support. Thanks
