DID line immediately transferring

Hope someone can help me as I have hit a wall.

I have set up 3 phones to receive 3 DID numbers off a PRI and when I dial one of the lines, I see it come in but it immediately goes to the prime voicemail. I then tried to transfer the phone to one of the other phones I set up, and I do see it come in, but it then transfers to the prime voicemail also.

I have a MICS 4.1 system.
