DID Intercept Treatment

Today I have attd configured as the DID Intercept treatment but in the particular location there is no attd configured. The main line is configured as a soft extension and bridged on a users phone. The site does not have any announcement board. How do I get around this and be able to send unassigned/unconfigured DIDs to the receptionist?

You could use the incoming-call-handling treatment screen...

Either on the trunk-group (page 3) or change inc-call-handling-trmt trunk-group x, depending on Software.

Yep, I dont have this option, probably due to release level.

My page 3 shows Qsig trunk options.

Do you have voicemail? You could change the soft number to a auto attendant in the Voicemail system.

First line: In the called # field enter 718x delete 4 and insert your operators extension...
Second line:In the called # field enter 719x delete 4 and insert your operators extension...

How would you set it to go to VM auto-attd? When I try to change the value it wants a valid announcement ext or 'attd'?

I have a VAL that only has an intercept announcement. I would like to remove it and use it at another site. Sending the intercept to auto-attd would be perfect (we dont have an attd and I really dont want to fake one for this purpose)
