I have about 20 numbers in my IDC table towards 500 sets. The 500 sets are able to call out internal and external. I changed the IDC entry to a digital set and the call terminated properly. Anyone know what this could be?

Just to be clear when calling the DID number it will not terminate on the 500 set it just rings no answer

IDC only controls external calls coming in to the building on circuits that are set to use the IDC tables. Internal calls will not be affected by IDC.
Is this what you were looking for? Your question is a little confusing as to what answer you are looking for.

Go to LD 80 and trac the DN of the 500 and see if it shows ringing
