I have a DID # that I need to hunt on busy to 1 of 4 different extensions. I have extensions 3553,3554,3456.

When they Dial DID xxx-3553 I need it to do a hunt along that path to 3554,3555,3556 and then overflow to the operator.

How do I do this?

Renumber one of your calling groups to 3553 (Assuming that you are getting 4 digits from your provider). Make it an auto-logout type of calling group. They will have to login to the group via an ES1 or an ES2 button. I can't remember off hand which one is login, and which one is Aux Work. Set the overflow parameter to goto another calling group which has the operator in it. Or make overflow to the voicemail with no destination in it which will make it report to the system operator (if it is a merlin messaging, merlin legend mail, or a merlin mail). It should be as easy as that. Good Luck
