I need to change where a DID number rings, from one set to another. Calls come in on a PRI.
I need to know what overlays to use to print existing and to make a change or add.
Also will need field entries i.e. REQ = chg etc.
Can I get a CD with the overlay information?

there is not a place or load that list your did range.. if your dn's match the did range, just enter the dns on a set.. if you need to translate did's to dn's it ld 49, prt or change idc.. you can download the ref books from nortels web site

Your explaination is a little confusing. I think you want to know how to change the forwarding on a phone to send the call to a second phone number when busy or not answered, is that it? If so on a digital phone, go to
LD 11
Prt
Dnb
cust 0 (unless you have more than 1 customer)
xxxx (first phones extension)

This will print the TN

prt
tnb
xx x x xx (tn as displayed above)

this will then print the first phone. Look at the print to find Hunt and FDN, the values after that is where the calls will go in a busy or no answer condition.

To change this,
ld 11
chg
xxxx (enter type of phone (from TNB TYPE prompt)
tn (from above)
ECHG (yes or no - yes means to enter specific prompts no means to go through every prompt one at a time)
HUNT xxxx (new # to forward to)
FDN xxxx (new # to forward to)
enter through until REQ prompt comes up.

Is this what you were looking for?
