i've already posted this before but haven't made much progress. I have a DID in my New Jersey office that i want clients to call and route automatically to my White Plains receptionist. I took the NPA 914 in my NJ switch and made it an SPN instead and put the main WP # in (see below)

SPN 1914
FLEN 0
RLI 3
ARRN xxxyyyy (i put white plains main # in this field)
ARLI 6 (I assigned new RLI 6 an FRL of 0)
SDRR ARRN CODES = 1
ITEI NONE

Then I went to LD 23 to build NJ DID as ACD queue to NCFW to White Plains main # (see below)

REQ NEW
TYPE ACD
CUST 0
ACDN AAA (I put New Jersey DID ext here)
MWC NO
DSAC
MAXP 1
SDNB
ISAP
RGAI
ACAA
FRRT
SRRT
NRRT
FROA
NCFW 1914xxxyyyy (this is the main # for White Plains)
SCH0430

This SCH code says INVALID DIRECTORY NUMBER ENTERED FOR ACD NCFW. ACTION: TRY ANOTHER DN.
what am I doing wrong? I appreciate your help.

You forgot to add the "9" access code for the dialing out. You have to add the access code whether it is 9 or 8. Leave the 1914 in the NPA and not SPN. That was not where you problem lies. Put the 1914 back in the NPA part of LD 90

if I make 1914 back to an NPA then I cannot configure an AARN for the main number. anyway, what difference does it make whether 1914 is an NPA or an SPN anyway?

if you are having trouble making acd's go outside the system you can put the route access code in front of the number in the acd and it will go out. I don't know if this causes any other problems or not.

so for example if the rout access code is 1234 enter the NCFW as 123491914xxxyyyy?

TCA,

If you use a Route access code, then you leave off the AC1...You either use 12341914xxxyyyy OR 91914xxxyyyy
