DID for E1 Pri

Hello Guys

im new in ip office
we have ip office R10 with E1 Pri 30 ch card
the extension range is 200-250
from the the service provider we have 50 number on the E1 line with range xxxxx200-xxxxx250

they want to match the external numbers with the internal numbers
"any body from outside (PSTN ex) want to reach user 200 dial xxxxx200 of the E1 line " DID i mean
How can i do that in incoming call route or from where can i do that and how

It is in the help file of manager if you would have taken the time to read it.
Add a incoming call route using the incoming line ID setup on the PRI trunk, add a DDI number as 123456xxx, set the target number to # and you're done.
get a tea and relax....
 
I would suggest using the tools>MSN configuration it is built to automate exactly what you are doing. This should take you about 30 seconds to do with this tool.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
