DID / DOD INCOMING CALL NOT FORWARDING TO VOICE MAIL FROM HMS400R2.0

Dear All

DID / DOD incoming call from outside 260-7165 after 6 rings not going to voice mail from HMS400 R 2.0 HP Server
If dials from any internal extension to DID extension 7165 after 6 rings forwarding to mailbox perfectly.

In RDR DATA FNAD=HNT FNAL=FDN Ringing cycles=6 DFNR=6
In MPO DATA RGNA=DAR DAR AOCS=DAR DAR
and also tested as RGNA=DIS DAR AOCS=DIS DIS
In ext programing FDN=55 (Main CDN No) hunt=55 CLS=FNA MRA CNDA CCSA HTA MWA
In FTC ringing cycles NCAD and DCAD 001 which relates to cadence 102 51 102 512

Please recommend me any help .............

Check your CLS settings for that DN's TN... if you have CLS CFTA - then you need to enter the pilot number of your voice mail system into the EHT and EFD fields and they match FDN and HUNT. Otherwise, you can just change CFTA to CFTD and just make sure your FDN and HUNT fields are populated.

 
I did this, but there is no change.
But when I reach my DID extension thru Auto Attendant main greeting it is ok. After 5 rings transfering to mailbox.
If I reach directly without Auto Attendant not transfering to mailbox.
My DID-DOD IS R2MF Signallinig provided by vendor and HMS400Rv2.o is Sip based Server.
