DID direct to extension- after NA- won't go direct to VM box

Good Morning,
First post to Tek Tips and new to Samsung...

Customer on a 7400- one of the DIDs is setup direct to her extension, that rings in fine. When the Fwd NA occurs, the system says "transferring to x3250 please hold".
How do we get rid of the system message and have the caller go right into her mailbox.

Check that the extension is configured to have "both" in 5.9.1 and that it has both an extension and mailbox in the voicemail itself.
 
Also check under the eclass block- prompts you've deleted the top four prompts it gets rid of the annoying samsung voice.
