About a year ago, we installe a T1 on an elite 192 and moved about a dozen CO lines onto the T1. Obviously all the numbers now come in via DID translations from the T1. The T1 also included a block of numbers (3 digits ending in 170-199). the company that did the install and setup only "mapped" some of the numbers to actual phones and only 1 of the numbers from the 20 number block to a phone on an analog port. All worked well until about a month ago? Now some of the numbers when you call them remotely now give fast busy (after a long pause) but dont ring anywhere in the system. I check memory block 1-1-21 and its Yes (DID conversion is enabled) and the numbers are still listed on 1-1-22 and mapped to specific phones (both day and night). How can I be sure the numbers are still coming over the T1? Any other eason they would get fast busy when called? (on a side note, if I try to map another number from the number block say 0175 to a station it is a fast busy too? I know 0190 is mapped and working, what am I missing on the others?

Never received any reponse to this? I have tried mapping another number to a phone but it doesnt work? Where else beside what I listed above would I have to do to map an incomming call ending with 0175 to an analog port?

In command 1-1-23 make sure it is set to your voicemail pilot number this is for where do calls that have undefined digits go
