I need to have users DID calls only get picked up during Night Service. I also need to use Direct Voicemail Transfer during the day and Auto Attendant night calls to be transfered to users first, then to VM.
I have everything working except the night DID service I can only get working if users hit the coverage off button on and off manually. Is there a way to make group coverage work during night only?
