Hey guys,

I'm trying to track down a DID programming conflict issue.

My customer's System DID template range is 2220-2284.

I would like to add DIDs 7870-7875.

Right now I can do 8,6,5,4,3 and 2 as a leading digit but not 7.

I couldn't find a 7 entered anywhere in the access codes...

Why is this?

Okay, so when I dial Intercom 7 the line just hangs there until it times out...

The only programmed destination code I see is * (ANY)

Well then 7 is a valid number being used as a leading digit in the system, otherwise it would tell you invalid number.

The reason it is hanging there when you dial 7 it is waiting for more digits, 70, 71, 72 so on.

I went into Line Pool Access Codes, 9 is the only number assigned on Line Pool A.

Under Destination Codes the only thing I see is * (ANY)

There are no DISA DNs or Auto DNs...

Any suggestions how to nail this down?

Thanks IronHorse17 and curlycord the issue was in fact an assigned destination code as you said.

This little nightmare is stored in my memory banks now!

Thank you both so much for your assistance!
