yes if configured Name it will be make a call but the LED not flasher but why the DSS for analog station don't work !!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK Now I remember, I think you have a Version 3 ??
I came across it before on that version.
DSS would not work until you REG everything to do with phone, delete and add back in.
It takes a software upgrade to fix it permanently.

Is a 'bit' behind now
and indeed any version with a dot zero at the end has no patch packets installed
to fix 'bugs' like these
Hotfix (patch packet) number 74 has been released for this version,
that is a lot of patches!
There is a patch included that looks like the problem you are experiencing
MSC24397 PS70873 (HV6.1) I23334 Wrong DSS led in busy state (anate) CP/Feature Problem
Also you need to
ADD-ANUM & ANSU
if you have removed them
You can download patch packet 74 and send it to the HiPath, however there are also Loadware fixes, Unixware Fixes and Other fixes like CSTA if you are using them.
If it was me:
I would start again with the latest release of Version 6
