I am having a problem with only one ext. When the call comes in it doesn't go to the 5014's phone it gets into Mailbox 773 which is a backup mailbox to a different phone ext. I added a forward key to the phone to see if it was forwarded and it was not a check to see if it was in call cover and it is. In the print out I'm not seeing anything different than ones that are working. I even tried with a buttset to the DID lines and dialed 5014 samething Mbox 773.
So I know it's in the switch not the provider.

Do you have SPM?

A PRINT needs to be done to see what is messed up here.

I would print the EXTENSION INFO for 5014.

I would suspect you would find that 5014 is the Extension assigned to GROUP 773, but that would just be a guess.

Yes, I do have the print but I am just to stupid to figure out what is wrong. I D/l'd the whole system and still am I would say learning the print layout to look at the switch. I have only done programming thru the phone on this system.
I do have winspm but at this point not helping me.

Look at Extension Info for 5014, and look (near the bottom of the report) at CALLING GROUP INFO for 773.

That should give you a hint.
